Mace to project manage luxury hotel project in Vietnam

Deal is contractor’s first hotel job in the country

Mace has been appointed to project manage the construction of Mai House Hoi An, a new luxury golf and hotel resort in Hoi An, Vietnam.

The five-star resort, which is being developed by Mai House Hospitality Group, will be located on the main beach road between Hoi An and Danang covering a gross floor area of 105,000m².

Mai House Hoi An is the first hotel project secured by Mace’s Vietnam business, with the team set to provide a range of services including design management, project management and construction management.
