All five of the firm’s offices in the capital will merge at Moorgate Hall
Mace has confirmed the relocation of its five London offices to one new global corporate headquarters at Moorgate Hall.
A Land Securities property, Moorgate Hall will be a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office providing 64,000ft2 of accommodation across five storeys in the City of London, directly opposite Moorgate underground station.
Mace will relocate 700 employees, currently based in Camden, Southwark and the City, to the location over the next 12 months as part of a phased programme, bringing together staff, many for the first time, in one office.
Stephen Pycroft, chairman and chief executive of Mace said: “Mace’s new headquarters will provide a modern and inspiring environment for our employees and visitors alike. We are of course also delighted to be taking space from one of our longstanding clients Land Securities.
“Recognised internationally for its integrated services across the full property and infrastructure lifecycle, the new headquarters will provide a strong platform for Mace’s growth - enabling greater efficiency and stronger lines of communications across the project teams and business operations.”
