Luton housing gets green light

MBU Capital Luton development

Work for developer MBU Capital due to finish in 2020

A £48m residential development in Luton has been given the green light.

London-based investor MBU Capital is behind the scheme which will include 133 one-bed apartments along with 50 two-beds spread across three blocks rising from five to 12 storeys.

Designed by GTA, the scheme will include communal roof gardens.
