New regeneration body will strive to build 26,000 homes before 2021
Luton Gateway, the delivery vehicle for regeneration of the Milton Keynes South Midlands area, has appointed David Marlow chairman.

Marlow is the former chief executive of the East of England Development Agency, and will spearhead Luton Gateway’s attempt to build 26,000 homes before 2021.
The new chairman said: “Although we face challenging times I am confident that with a great location, strategic links and potential new development sites, Luton Gateway will be able to make a positive contribution to the UK economy.”
Luton Gateway will be launched at the MIPIM property fair next week.
