Contractor BWI completes European HQ fit-out for drinks brands
Contractor BWI has completed the fit-out of a new European headquarters for drinks brands Lucozade and Ribena in Stockley Park near Heathrow airport.
The 36,000 sq ft offices feature a series of branded meeting rooms and will be used by 200 employees.
The fit-out was completed over 21 weeks.
The project includes product development and sensory science laboratories, 26 meeting rooms, an indoor forest and a reception area.
Also on the project team was Savills, SVM Consulting Engineers, Mansfield Monk, Fanshawe and Viastak.
Lucozade and Ribena were acquired by Japanese company Suntory Beverage & Food in September 2013.
Barry Smith, chief operations officer at BWI, said: “We are proud to have delivered this project within a relatively short timeframe.
“The whole project from inception to completion was less than 25 weeks.
“This was achieved through the hard work of Savills and the professional team, in conjunction with BWI, and has been a huge all-round success for both the client and delivery teams.”
