Housebuilder will build 36 homes as it continues its growth in eastern England
Housebuilder Lovell has revealed plans for a £7.7m development of family homes for open market sale in a village located just outside Sleaford in Lincolnshire.
The scheme will see 36 two- three- and four-bedroom houses built on the land off The Crescent and Roxburgh Drive in Greylees.
Lovell is expecting to start work on the development by this spring, which will be within three miles of the market town of Sleaford.
It is within reach of the A15 and A17, while Raceby train station is less than a mile away. Sleaford’s larger rail station is just over three miles away and offers services to Peterborough, Lincoln, Nottingham, Grantham and Skegness.
The Greylees scheme is the latest in a host of residential developments secured by the firm’s eastern regional business over the past six months.
They include a 147-home, £30m waterside residential development at Doncaster Lakeside in south Yorkshire; The Coppice, a £12m development of 47 homes at Chapel-en-le-Frith in the Derbyshire Peak District and The Spires, a £13.2m, 730home scheme at Branston, near Lincoln.
