Lovell unveils £15m Somerset housing project

Construction is expected to start this winter

Lovell has unveiled plans for 50 new homes on the Somerset coast. 

The £15m development, which will be called Keepers Gate, will provide 30% affordable homes.

The project includes 35 three- and four-bedroom homes that will be for open market sale while 15 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes will be affordable properties for Liverty, the south-west’s largest housing association.
