Ben Giddens was working on developer’s Wembley Park private rental scheme
Lovell has appointed Ben Giddens as its regional managing director of its London division.
Giddens (pictured) moves over from developer Quintain where he was executive development director, working on the firm’s Wembley Park private rental sector redevelopment in north-west London with 5,000 of the 7,000 homes planned being made available for renters.
Lovell managing director Jonathan Goring said: “He will play a key role in developing new opportunities for joint ventures and partnerships, as well as strengthening our reputation as a leading housebuilder.”
Among the schemes Giddens will be working on is the Trinity Woolwich development where Lovell has teamed up with Greenwich council to revamp three estates in the borough and build 1,500 homes over 12 years.
