British Land seals three final lettings to fully let the Rogers-designed tower
British Land has secured three final lettings to fully let its flagship Cheesegrater tower in the City of London, with two of the deals completed post-Brexit.
Investor Kames Capital and insurers MS Amlin and Rothesay Life have agreed to take the last three remaining floors of the Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners-designed building.
All 45 office floors of the tower - built by Laing O’Rourke - are now occupied, with the client attracting some of the highest rents ever paid in the City of London.
