How to incorporate food production into the urban environment
With Britain's food supply almost totally dependent on oil, a particularly vulnerable thing today, and our cities most likely to feel the effects of any food shortages, London Yields: Urban Agriculture examines how Britain needs to seriously invest in agriculture infrastructure if it wants to avoid food crisis.
The exhibition examines various methods by which food production can be incorporated into the urban environment at both an industrial and domestic level.
