Joint developers Londonewcastle and Royal London Asset Management have gained consent for a £250m housing scheme on the Thames in Fulham, West London
The 500,000 sq ft development will incorporate 242 homes, 35,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space and improved public space.
CBRE is development manager and project manager, the architect is Hopkins and the landscaped designer is Tom Stuart-Smith Landscape Design.
David Barnett, chief executive of Londonewcastle said: “This is a significant scheme and gives us the opportunity to create a new destination riverside address which will feature a spectacular elevated resident’s garden at its centre and improved public spaces and retail amenities along the revitalised riverside walk.”
