The Richard Rogers Partnership is set to redevelop the 1950s Bowater House building in Knightsbridge, London.




The multimillion-pound development, which would be located close to the Tube station and the district’s famous department stores, is awaiting planning permission from the City of Westminster. The proposed building would have 106 apartments over 3430 m2 set above retail space. The client and developer is a consortium of investors called Project Grande Guernsey.
