Designed by Danish practice 3XN the £70m attraction is clad in folded limestone panels and contains exhibits relating to Liverpool’s cultural heritage. The 13,000m2 building’s dramatic waterfront location is adjacent to the city’s iconic ’Three Graces’ and within a UNESCO World Heritage site.
