Dubai developer's 1.2m m2 mixed-use scheme in Jakarta will be its first in the country
Dubai developer Limitless is to enter Indonesia with a £900m project in Jakarta.
The scheme, Rasuna Epicentrum, will include 1.2m m2 of office and residential towers, and will accommodate 40,000 people. The development will also include retail and entertainment facilities.
The scheme, the developer's first in Indonesia, will be its fourth in south-east Asia and brings its total pipeline of projects to over £54bn.
Saeed Ahmed Saeed, chief executive officer of Limitless, said: “Our entry into Indonesia cements our commitment to south-east Asia, where we have made huge strides since launching our operations there nine months ago.”
