Shepherd Construction has appointed Andrew Rammell commercial director and executive board member. He joins from Taylor Woodrow, and replaces Sean Smylie who has become legal and contracts director.

Graeme Forbes has been appointed director of Kier’s technical services business. He joins from Bovis Lend Lease.

Buxton Building Contractors has appointed Keith Pagan as managing director of its contracting arm.

Appleyards has appointed Georgia Elliott-Smith director of its new sustainability consulting division.

Sophie Raniwala has joined Lovell Consulting from Gardiner & Theobald, as a capital allowances consultant.

Architects

David McKnight has been invited to join the Harris Group board as director of architectural arm Harris Partnership. McKnight was previously head of the firm’s Reading office.
