Landsec banks on Bennetts for Southwark work

Scheme replaces earlier plans drawn up by Allies and Morrison

Landsec has appointed Bennetts Associates to design a 400,000ft² mixed-use scheme in Bankside area of London.

The practice, currently working on Facebook’s new King’s Cross headquarters, along with AHMM, has been chosen to design two office buildings either side of a new pedestrian route off Lavington Street in Southwark.
