Ten contractors on board for housing association’s development programme until 2015
Housing association L&Q has appointed ten contractors to its £400m construction and regeneration framework.
The winning firms will deliver the majority of L&Q’s development programme until 2015.
The successful firms are Allenbuild, Ardmore, Countryside Properties, Denne, Durkan, Galliford Try, Higgins, Hill Partnerships, Mace and Rydon.
L&Q development programme director Nicholas Cursely said: “The Framework Agreement facilitates L&Q’s ongoing aim to provide new homes in London and the South of England.
“In the next four years we expect to build an estimated 7,000 new homes, the majority of which will be procured through this framework.”
