The Aukett Fitzroy Robinson-designed refurbishment of 123 Victoria Street has completed
The Aukett Fitzroy Robinson-designed refurbishment of 123 Victoria Street, an icon of 70s design and the future home of Jimmy Choo’s new global headquarters, has completed.
The redevelopment, developed by Land Securities, revives the iconic modernism of the original 70s architecture, whilst bringing the building into the 21st Century.
The completion of 123 Victoria Street is the latest part of in Land Securities’ £2bn redevelopment around Victoria Street.
MoreySmith, the London-based architectural designers, led the refurbishment of the public areas; Mace was the main contractor; Rider Levett Bucknall was the QS and Clarke Nicholls Marcel was the structural engineer.
