Mixed-use development planned for 66-74 Victoria Street
Land Securities has submitted a planning application for a large scale, mixed use development at Kingsgate House in London’s Victoria Street.
If approved the development will include 203,000ft2 of grade A office space, 102 flats and 29,000ft2 of shops.
Patrick Lynch Architects have outlined detailed plans which will see the singular block at 66-74 Victoria Street divided into two distinct buildings.
The Kingsgate redevelopment is the latest Land Securities project in Victoria.
Last year the firm received planning permission to redevelop 123 Victoria Street and aims to complete work for the retail and offices project by summer 2012.
