Laing O’Rourke gets OK to build £195m London office

Scheme designed by Bennetts for Landsec gets planning green light

Bennetts Associates has been given the green light by Southwark planners in London for a scheme to turn a 1950s printworks into new offices for Landsec.

The £195m project will be built by Laing O’Rourke at 25 Lavington Street, close to the Tate Modern.
