Consultant runs quickfire CPD briefing sessions on adjucation and contractual issues
Construction consultant Knowles is holding a series of complimentary breakfast briefing seminars, hosted by two dispute avoidance experts.
The first of the continuing professional development (CDP) 'contractual factfile' seminars will be given by Knowles’ seniorcConsultant Martin Chapman FRICS on record-keeping, contract termination, and evaluating loss and expense.
The second seminar will be hosted by Knowles’ executive director and partnering specialist Helen Bentley who will examine partnering contracts and the potential ‘hot spots’.
