Camden council approves first phase of Argent’s £2bn King’s Cross redevelopment scheme
The first phase of Argent’s £2bn King’s Cross redevelopment has been passed by Camden council.
The council has approved a £180m college campus, which will house the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, and a public square the size of Trafalgar Square.
The scheme, designed by Stanton Williams Architects, will provide more than 55,000m2 of floor space. Work will start on site this summer.
