Contract is company’s fourteenth secured through academies framework
Kier is the preferred bidder for a £200m Building Schools for the Future deal with Telford & Wrekin council.
The contract is Kier's fourteenth secured through the academies framework, bringing the potential value of work secured to £658m.
Under the deal, Kier will demolishing existing secondary schools and replace them with state of the art learning centres that incorporate sporting and community facilities.
Work on the first is due to start next March and complete by September 2011.
John Dodds, chief executive, said: "Kier has worked in partnership with the council, sponsors, existing schools and its national framework architect BDP on this project and developed a highly sustainable design reflecting the scheme's educational vision."
