Firm announces new contracts covering areas in Gosport, Ealing, Richmondshire and North Bransholme.
Construction, development and services group Kier has secured four new public maintenance contracts worth £11.5m per year.
The firm has announced new contracts covering areas in Gosport, Ealing, Richmondshire and North Bransholme. The company is working with Gosport Borough Council in a ten-year agreement to provide gas services and repairs for 5000 tenants which is worth £5.6m annually.
Richmondshire district council and Kier have entered into a contract to procure planned refurbishment works to council owned homes across the district, worth £6.35m while in Ealing the company has signed a five-year deal worth £4m annually to provide community repairs and responsive repairs to residential homes in the borough.
Kier has also signed a four-year, £1.5m annual contract working with Riverside Group and Decent Homes to provide works asset management services in North Bransholme, Hull
Kier managing director for maintenance Peter Brynes said: “Our aim is always to work closely with tenants and residents on issues that are important to their well-being and quality of life and we enjoy strong approval ratings among them.”
