Contract win is the latest for Kier through ProCure21+
Kier has won a £98m contract to build a new hospital in Ascot, Berkshire, for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The scheme will occupy an 11,500m2 site adjacent to the existing Heatherwood Hospital and will eventually provide services for 168,000 people per year.
The hospital will include large outpatient facilities for a range of departments, as well as a children’s clinic, 48 inpatient beds and six operating theatres.
There will also be a primary care hub, and orthodontic and physiotherapy facilities.
The job is one of over 70 Kier has won with NHS trusts in the past six years, through frameworks ProCure21+ and ProCure22.
