Kier, T&T and Gleeds among more than 100 consultants on £500m framework

Kier, Turner & Townsend and Gleeds are among more than 100 firms to have landed places on a huge £500m consultancy framework.

The six-year framework, operated by procurement specialist LHC, covers a wide range of construction services across 24 lots and will start from tomorrow (Tuesday).

It will be open to all public sector bodies in two UK regions, with one set of lots covering London and the South-east and another covering the North of England, the Midlands and East Anglia.

Kier’s business services division and T&T both picked up places on the framework’s two multi-disciplinary lots, one for each region.

Gleeds was awarded a place on a lot for project management covering London and the South-east, and another lot for building surveyors.

Other consultants celebrating places on the framework include Faithful & Gould, Buro Happold, BDP, Ridge, Stantec, Currie & Brown, Potter Raper, Arcus Consulting and Curtins.

Each region also has a lot for architecture services, with successful practices including Haworth Tompkins, BPTW, Jestico & Whiles and Levitt Bernstein Associates.

Allies & Morrison secured a place on the architecture lot covering London and the South-east, but missed out on a place for the lot which covers the North of England, the Midlands and East Anglia.

Other services covered by the framework include building services engineers, building surveyors, clerks of works, quantity surveyors, employers agents, planning consultancy, principal designers, structural engineering and civil engineering.
