Rok's Keith Watson will head £350m business' local offices

Kier Building Maintenance (KBM) has appointed Keith Watson as national operations director.

Watson, who joined the firm from Rok, where he was a divisional manager, will manage the Bedfordshire-based firm’s local offices.

He will report directly into recently-appointed managing director, Peter Brynes. KBM employs 3,000 staff working across councils across the UK.

Keith Watson said: “I am delighted to be asked to help build a unified leadership team to steer the company to the next stage of business opportunity and growth.”

Watson began his career with Kier as a graduate engineer in the eighties.

The £350m business maintains more than 200,000 social housing and public sector offices across the UK and employs around 3,000 people.
