Housing specialist reports pre-tax profit up 21% to £40.3m with 40% turnover increase to £468.7m
Privately owned housing and regeneration specialist, Keepmoat has announced a record performance for the sixth successive year.
Company chairman, Dick Watson said: “We have undoubtedly had another excellent year with record delivery, record training and record turnover growth of 40%. We will continue to develop and reinvest in our products and services to ensure this track record is enhanced as we move forward.”
Pre-tax profits at the company were up 21% to £40.3m in the year to March 31, while turnover increased 40% from £334.6m to £468.7m.
The company, which owns Haslam Homes, Frank Haslam Milan and Bramall Construction, has built 34,000 homes in the past 12 months.
