This Friday we will know the electorate’s verdict, and we will have a panel of construction experts online ready to take your questions…
Don’t miss this Friday's live text debate on the election from midday till 1pm, where you have a chance to discuss the result and what it means for construction with a panel of experts.
As the election hype fades away and the harsh economic realities come into sharp focus, some pressing questions come to mind: what is in store for the people working in construction? How will public sector cuts affect existing contracts? Will capital spending be hit as badly as many fear?
The panel includes Michael Ankers, chief executive of the Construction Products Association, and Graham Kean, head of public at EC Harris and regular blogger on this website, Stephen Matthew, partner in the projects team at law firm Nabarro, David Mosey, head of projects at Trowers and Hamlins and Sarah Richardson, Building’s deputy editor.
To air your views or ask the panel a question, simply type in your email address in the box below and ask for a reminder to be sent out to you on the day of the debate.
