McGivern stands down following dispute with executive chairman

Jayne McGivern has resigned her position as chief executive of Northacre by mutual consent.

McGivern confirmed in a statement that she left the luxury property developer firm following a dispute with executive chairman Klas Nilsson over the company’s fiscal strategy and plans for moving forward.

Northacre have announced that Nilsson will take over as chief executive.

Jayne McGivern was previously CEO of Multiplex Europe which was taken over by Brookfield in 2008. She was also behind the acquisition and re-development of the Millennium Dome into the O2.
