Alan Tovey takes over as Richard Jones becomes senior partner
Consultant Jackson Coles has promoted Alan Tovey to managing partner, as Richard Jones steps aside to take up a new role of senior partner.
Tovey (pictured) takes on responsibility for the overall strategic oversight and management of the firm.
Jones will focus on front-end development of projects, client relationships and maximising new business opportunities.
The changes will take effect form 1 April.
The firm said: “As we are growing, the Partners believe that these changes will provide Jackson Coles with a great platform to develop the business further and look forward to the future with confidence.”
The £5m-turnover firm offers project and cost management services. It is project managing the £65m AHMM-designed 240 Blackfriars Road in London for Great Portland Estates – which will become the home of Building’s publisher UBM from 2014 – and the £17m Piercy & Co-designed Turnmill building for Derwent London.
