Contractor sets up north of the border after taking over three Rok contracts including £9m Dundee housing scheme
ISG has set up a new Scotland office after securing £30m of contract wins from stricken contractor Rok.
Work will recommence on stalled Rok projects, including an £86m packaging plant and £9m cooperage project for drinks giant Diageo.
ISG will also replace Rok on a £6.7m housing development in Dundee for Home Scotland.
The Glasgow-based team will be headed up by senior members from Rok’s former Scottish business.
Craig Tatton, ISG’s UK construction managing director, said: “Formalising our presence within the Scottish market has been a long-held business objective and I am delighted that we have been able to achieve this goal.
“There is strong conviction that ISG can establish itself as a major player within Scotland’s construction and fit out market.”
