Construction services group ISG has completed the acquisition of European fit-out specialist Interior Alpha, in which it previously had a 20% shareholding, for £13.5m.
The firm has offices in Paris, Milan and Frankfurt. David Lawther, ISG’s chief executive, said: “This is part of our strategy to offer three centres: in Asia, mainland Europe and the UK.”
Meanwhile, ISG’s contracting arm ISG Jackson, has appointed Peter Woodnott as director of its commercial division and Steve Ponting as construction manager of the public division. Woodnott joins from Miller Construction and Ponting, from RG Carter.
Chris Harrall, David Durrell and Peter Sullivan are now directors.
