The firm is to start pre-construction services immediately with a view to starting the fit out onsite by the end of the year
Goldman Sachs has appointed ISG to fit out its new London headquarters.
The contract, thought to be worth £130m, for the 850,000 sq ft building will see ISG begin pre-construction services immediately working with Goldman Sachs to develop the designs.
The firm is expected to start the fit out onsite towards the end of the year following the completion of the shell and core build by contractor Multiplex.
Goldman Sachs won planning approval to replace the 1960s Fleet Building on the corner of Farringdon Street and Shoe Lane with the KPF-designed office complex in Farringdon back in October 2013.
The project team included cost consultant EC Harris and WSP as the structural engineer.
