Contractor to provide cost management and design services
Contractor Interserve has been appointed to a five year project management role by Lambeth council.
The firm’s consulting arm will manage projects across the council’s whole estate to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Tony Turner, Interserve’s head of project management said it had been an “intense period” of competitive dialogue to reach preferred bidder status.
Turner said: “Our focus on high quality, collaborative service delivery meant that we were able to see off some fierce competition. We have already been awarded a number of contracts under the framework and are looking forward to a long, high quality partnership with the London Borough of Lambeth.”
