Inspace has recruited Joanna Lucas, Crest Nicholson Regeneration’s development director, to head its regeneration activities.
The company, which was recently bought back by its parent Willmott Dixon, for £148m, has made her responsible for identifying opportunities on public sector sites, which Fraser Wells, Inspace’s managing director, has identified as a key focus for the business.
Lucas, who will have a place on Inspace’s board, will be joined at the social housing group by Sue Creswell, formerly of Barratt, as director of sales and marketing. Matt Herbert, director of Building Design Partnership, has been appointed development director.
