Housebuilder lands £140m regeneration of the Dee Park estate
Housebuilder Inspace has landed its largest housing regeneration scheme since it was spun off from Willmott Dixon in 2005.
Reading council has that Inspace and Catalyst Housing Group had been appointed to carry out the £140m regeneration of the Dee Park estate in Tilehurst. The blocks of sixties flats that make up the estate will be demolished to make way for 763 homes. Inspace will carry out the building work and lead the open market sale of the 482 private homes that are being developed. The design was by HTA Architects.
