Industry’s green leaders to be revealed

Next week’s Sustainability Now virtual event will reveal the 40 most influential figures in driving forward a green built environment. The Top 40 green gurus will highlight the individuals who have had most impact on green buildings in the UK.

The list was compiled earlier this month by a panel of five green experts and covers the cross-section of the industry, from architects and engineers to contractors, clients authors and policy-makers. The panel included The Carbon Coach Dave Hampton, Bovis Lend Lease sustainability manager Andrew Kinsey, Sponge director and Fulcrum engineer Tom Randall and green blogger Mel Starrs.

The Top 40 will be revealed on the second day of the event, on 2 July.
