Imtech buys SPIE UK business for more than £40m

Firm turned over £200m last year

Technical services engineering group Imtech has acquired the UK business of multi-technical services firm SPIE in a deal worth more than £40m.

Imtech, which is jointly owned by EDF and Dalkia, paid a total £43.4m for the firm, which will add a further 1,800 employees to its existing 2,100.
