The mixed-use Unity building designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris features 27 and 16-storey towers

The biggest speculative office building outside London has been completed in Liverpool.

The Unity building designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris also features a 27-storey apartment block containing 161 apartments. The 16-storey tower containing 150,000 sq ft of office space also has 9000 sq ft of retail.

The Unity Building is located behind the Thistle Hotel close to the Liver Building on Liverpool’s waterfront.
