The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes, France, on Tuesday, the first day of this year’s Mipim.

The annual event, now in its 27th year, brings the property industry to the French Riviera for four days each March to strategise, network and party.

According to organisers, this year’s Mipim features around 2,450 exhibiting companies and 150 networking events.
