Rem Koolhaas' stunning first building in Singapore is will be 153m high
Architect Rem Koolhaas’ Office for Metropolitan Architecture has revealed this design for its first building in Singapore.
The 36-storey residential tower will come in at 153m high and will be close to Orchard Road, Singapore’s famous shopping and leisure street.
The architect said the lifted towers reduce the building’s footprint to a minimum, leaving the ground level open for communal leisure activities.
The project, for client Far East Organisation, will cover 20,000 sq m and contain 68 apartments.
