Workspace group wins planning to redevelop office building to provide extra 16,000 sq ft office space
Workspace group has won planning permission to redevelop a 41,000 sq ft office building into a 57,000 sq ft business centre in Hoxton, London.
The listed firm plans to redevelop the Cremer Business Centre, by replacing the current office and light industrial space with six new floors to provide an additional 16,000 sq ft of lettable space.
The redevelopment is expected to cost £21m.
