A think tank has set up a taskforce to work on strategies to break the boom and bust cycles in the housing market

The Joseph Rowntree Foundation taskforce includes the foundation’s chief executive Julia Unwin, Kate Barker, author of the Barker Review of Housing Supply, Keith Exford, chief executive of housing association Affinity Sutton, and Elaine Kempson, director of the personal finance research centre at Bristol university.
