Housing association launches £50m offsite framework

Bromford plans to build hundreds of offsite homes over the next four years

Modular housebuilders are competing for places on a £50m offsite housing framework launched yesterday by housing association Bromford.

Firms have until 1 October to apply to participate in the four-year framework, which will be used to procure alternatives to traditional housing at small to large sites.The framework includes two categories of offsite housing.
