This scheme by PRP Architects is the first residential development in the regeneration area around Wembley stadium, north-west London.





Quintessential Homes, a joint venture between developer Quintain Estates, Family Housing Association and Genesis Housing Association, has submitted a project of 286 homes for planning approval. The building is based around a large communal courtyard and has 50% affordable housing. Work will start on site in March 2006 and take 22 months to complete.
