Developer Stanhope has started work on a 56,000 m2 office park in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, designed by Fletcher Priest. The scheme, named Peoplebuilding Hemel, has floor-to-ceiling windows with aluminium brises-soleil that move with the sun. Mace is construction manager and Arup is structural and services engineer. The first phase of the six-office scheme is due for completion next year.
