Holophane’s Ratio exterior luminaire combines energy-saving LED lighting technologies with a contemporary design to provide a lighting solution for a range of outdoor spaces, including corporate frontages

The unit uses 48 LEDs to provide a light output of 10,500 lumens, equivalent to a 100-150W metal halide lamp, claims the company. The LEDs have an expected life of 50,000 hours.

As well as making a bold architectural statement, the ultra-thin finned design also serves as a heat sink to optimise the LED performance. Precise optical control is achieved through the use of individual acrylic optical lenses.

Ratio has ingress protection to IP65 and is available as a complete lighting solution with Holophane’s bespoke conical steel and conical aluminium columns. It has been fully tested at temperatures of between -30°C and 30°C.
