International consultant is project manager for Andalusia Square Towers in Jeddah
Consultant Hill International has been awarded a contract from Kinan International Company to provide project management services during the construction of the Andalusia Square Towers development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The 42-month contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $12.3m (£6m).
The Andalusia Square Towers development designed by Nikken Sekkie will cover an area of more than 268,000 m2.
The project is planned as an integrated mixed use development including offices of up to 124,000 sqm, residential apartments of 70,000 m2, a five-star hotel of 35,000 m2, high-end retail of approximately 39,000 m2 and parking for 4,000 cars.
Raouf S. Ghali, president of Hill’s international project management group said: "We are confident that our experience in the Middle East on mixed-use and high-rise projects will help our client successfully achieve their ambitious plans."
Completion is planned for early 2011.
