Leading companies gather to help shape global, regional and industry agendas
The World Economic Forum inaugural annual meeting will be held from 6 to 8 September in Dalian, China. The independent, Geneva-based, international organisation engages industry leaders to collectively help shape global, regional and industry agendas.
The forum will gather senior executives from the Community of Global Growth Companies, a new strategic initiative set by the World Economic Forum to identify and engage the future champions of global industry. These are rapidly growing companies that have both the aspirations and ability to successfully expand outside their domestic markets.
As part of this group, construction consultant Hill International’s chairman and chief executive officer Irvin E. Richter, and president David L. Richter will be attending the forum.
Richter said: “The World Economic Forum has become one of the most successful organisations promoting the networking, cooperation and exchange of ideas among business, political and academic leaders from around the world.”
